Our space is definitely gorgeous, but our team members are the most beautiful part of Raw Beauty Bar. We are looking for driven, inspired, caring individuals who take their careers seriously.

At Raw Beauty Bar, there's no judgment, no cattiness, and no competition.
We all support one another and have each other's backs. We carefully select who we bring into our salon. Those who are unmotivated, negative, or don't vibe with the rest of the group won't be invited to join our team. You can have peace of mind knowing that if you choose to work with us, you'll love the team members working to your left and right.
